About our services
The People Nook is a boutique recruiting agency. Through the Site we showcase our services and publish open positions. We do not guarantee that any application, introduction or recruiting process will result in employment or in a specific outcome.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Site without our prior written permission.
- Infringe any intellectual property or other rights of The People Nook or third parties.
Applications and candidate information
When you submit an application, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate, and that you have the right to share it. Treatment of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Private team area
This site also hosts Talent Atelier, our private internal workspace. Access is invite-only and reserved for members of The People Nook team and authorized collaborators. Accounts are personal and must not be shared; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity carried out with your account. Information available inside the workspace — including candidate and client data — is confidential and may only be used for your work with us. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, in particular when a collaboration ends or these Terms are breached.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, design, logos, graphics) is owned by The People Nook or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content without our prior written consent, except for ordinary personal browsing.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. LinkedIn, Google). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The People Nook will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services.
